Brisa Brisa

FROM ONLINE BOUTIQUE TO CONNECTED RETAIL

Brisa Brisa needed a WooCommerce ecommerce website that could support more than online sales. As the business expanded into pop-up events and local markets, I extended the site with an integrated point-of-sale system so products, inventory, and sales could work across both channels.

Following the initial success of the online store and pop-up business, Brisa Brisa is now preparing for its next step, adding a permanent Delray Beach retail location.

One ecommerce platform supporting online and in-person sales, with the business now expanding into a permanent retail location.

Sotheby's International Realty Affiliate

A Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate with offices in Delray Beach and Boca Raton needed a website presence capable of supporting a growing luxury real estate organization across multiple markets.

I designed and built 28 websites using a consistent framework for offices, agents, properties and local markets while maintaining the visual standards and presentation expected of the Sotheby's International Realty brand.

The biggest variable is usually not the actual website development. It's how much needs to be worked out before building begins and how quickly content, decisions, and approvals move during the project.

Yes. Search should be considered while the website is being structured and built, not treated only as something to add afterward.

That includes site structure, page organization, content, internal linking, technical foundations, and making it clear to search engines what each page is about. The amount of ongoing SEO work needed after launch depends on the market and the searches the business wants to compete for.
