Prior to starting PMI Advisors in 2016, Dan Bradbary was the Founder and CEO of V-Rooms™ Virtual Data Rooms, a company that  provided secure document exchange services for thousands of transactions in the M&A industry over its 10-year history. Before V-Rooms, he was the Founder and CEO of Project Management Services, Inc., which grew to a 150-person consulting firm that provided management professionals and systems to assist Fortune 100 companies with their post merger integration and other special projects.

Dan needed a website to reflect the brand, persona and services of his new company PMI Advisors, LLC. He turned to HypeSites for the final design and build of the Boynton Beach based company’s website: postmergerintegration.com.

The site positions Dan and his expanding team of former C-Suite Executives, VPs, Directors and Project Management Specialists who have extensive experience in mid-market M&A integration as the goto consultancy for the critical first 100 days following a merger or acquisition. Dan’s expertise is highlighted under a resources section with pages on his book “Herding Chickens – Innovative Techniques for Project Management” and a reprint of an interview Dan did with Acquisition Magazine  titled “BEST PRACTICE – Acquisition Integration”.

The company’s strategy for customer acquisition is based on a Complimentary Executive Workshop with senior executives of the acquirer’s key management team typically held when the deal probability is about 80%, but no later than 1 month before the anticipated closing date in order to prepare for the pending surge of activity.

Since this is such an important part of the company’s strategy a clear and strong CTA (call-to-action) is feature predominately on the home page.

 

A second more colorful CTA is also incorporated in the footer of appropriate pages.

 

As part of our initial buildout we also setup MailChimp for PMI Advisors’ email marketing and list building and incorporated an exit intent popup to capture subscribers.

Our next phase with Dan will be to work on his organic SEO, blogging and research into his best choices for PPC campaigns.
